Buenos Aires, December 1 (NA) – Maxi López gave an extensive interview and left several definitions about his current family situation, his relationship with Wanda Nara, his bond with Mauro Icardi, and the time he spent away from his children.
According to what the Argentine News Agency learned, Maxi broke down when speaking about his children on SQP: "Every time I talk about the kids, I get emotional, I want to recover all the time."
The former footballer explained that he had been months without living with them: "I was here for a month, came back for a week, and then it stretched out, the production from EF doesn't let me go."
Additionally, he revealed how they communicate today: "When we look at each other, we already understand each other." Asked "Are you talking about Mauro?", he replied: "We would have to have a talk, for example."
Similarly, he explained the reason for his answer: "When I was separating, he would call me and get my kids involved in situations that didn't correspond. There are many things I never told and preferred to leave them there."
Maxi acknowledged the mistakes of both: "We are both to blame. We were able to heal a lot of things." Later, about the past anger, he said: "Yes, I was angry, but the anger passed."
The institution acts on its own initiative, but I am the father." When asked about Icardi, Maxi surprised: "There is one who would deserve it," he said about "a little hit."
About the end of the relationship, he said: "When love is over, it's over." López assured that he tried to sustain the couple for the children: "One tries for a long time to continue for the kids, but it shouldn't become toxic."
Regarding the rumors with Evangelina Anderson, Maxi told an anecdote that generated versions: "Martín asked me for her phone number, that's when that moment started. Things happened on both sides." That they paid him to be there or whatever, did not happen.
On choosing "Team China or Team Pampita", Maxi responded with humor: "Let me think, because both of them wanted to kill me."
Maxi spoke about the importance of Wanda being in a relationship: "It benefits me for everything to flow well for all the things we have. It's many years. I laugh my ass off. I didn't have any press action."
